Richie Brown - CEO
Our owner, Richie Brown, took an unconventional route into the construction world. After multiple degrees at Mississippi State University and three years in the NFL, he found himself calling his hometown “home” once again. After working for one of the most reputable medical contracting firms in the region, the Lord prompted him to start a company that could fill what he saw was a void in the market — custom homes and commercial structures with equal standards for beauty, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
Richie, his wife Erin, and their two girls — Kate and Ellie — live in Long Beach, MS.
Alex has spent over a decade in the construction industry, spanning from high performance custom homes to 7 figure commercial renovations, to include retail stores, hospital facilities. Alex has taken what he’s learned over the years in construction management and developed his leadership capabilities to cultivate a culture of family, hard work ethic, precision, and execution for our team. Alex is a vital component to operations here at Beacon.
Alex, his wife Susan, and their two children — Zealanie and Micah — live in Ocean Springs, MS.

Craig Crawley - Architect
Craig Crawley is a licensed professional architect with over thirty years of experience in medical, government, institutional, commercial and private construction projects. Craig specializes in 3D modeling and visualization which includes photographic quality renderings, allowing clients to realistically visualize their future home throughout the entire design process.
Craig’s diverse architectural experience is unsurpassed. His technical expertise works seamlessly with our design team, allowing the clients’ goals to be met with the utmost attention to detail on all accords.
Craig, his wife Misty, and their two girls — Bella and Liv — live in Ocean Springs, MS.
Erin Brown - Marketing Lead
Erin Brown is an award-winning brand manager with extensive experience in higher education marketing and corporate internal/external relations and social media strategy and brand implementation. She is a highly creative and inventive graphic designer with extensive experience in multimedia and print design, having collaborated on the visual brand strategies for hundreds of local and national campaigns.
She carries her passion for visual design into her role as our Design Lead here at Beacon. As a working mom, she is uniquely equipped to help you visualize your space with your family functionalities in mind, while translating your taste and preferences into an effortlessly timeless space.

Originally from Pass Christian, Jeffery went directly into the Army after high school - He was stationed in Alaska for 4 years and deployed once.
